This car was built by the Fisher body plant in Oakland, CA and as near as I can tell, has always been a California car. The floorpans were excellent, with only one pinhole found in the drivers side front floorpan.
The trunk was just as nice, with no rust in the floorpans. The spare tire well was dented, but rust free. The panel under the right tail lamp was dented and will need to be fixed. The white stuff is the media from the media blaster.
